This item came in a box that had been previously opened and re-taped. As a result, the instructions were not enclosed. Because it came on a Saturday, when I called I was told the instructions would be emailed to me on Monday.
I found a couple of different photos of the item on the web and spent about 90 minutes putting the item together myself. Thankfully, everything I needed was in the box.
The item is sturdy if somewhat cheaply made but considering the price, this should be no surprise. However, it does afford me a bit more storage in my kitchen (which severely lacks in cabinets).
This is good for a first time apartment renter.
