Ok, this is a work horse since September 2008 for Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week.
A bunch of presets. It has the rotating tray to heat evenly - set it and forget it. Very easy clean up.
Super quick to heat. Under a minute to melt cheese, 3 minutes to super heat anything out of the refrigerator.

A Little Disappointed
Pros: Heats food up very quickly and evenly
Cons: Auto features over-cooked/burn food
Bought this item directly from Sears. The sensor for the popcorn and the auto sensor to reheat food did not work properly. Popcorn burnt each and every time I used the auto sensor feature. It was so bad I had to remove the microwave from my home in order to air out the kitchen due to the smoke and smell. The auto feature to reheat food continued to "cook" the left-overs after the food was thoroughly reheated. Not sure if the item we purchased was defective or not, but we returned it to the store of original purchase without any hassles. We had a previous Kenmore countertop microwave that we've had for 23+ yrs that still runs, but it has definitely seen better days. We have never had any issues with Kenmore brand before; we have several major appliances in our home that are Kenmore and love them. However, I don't think we will be buying another Kenmore microwave. :(
No complaints
Works fine but we basically use it to defrost, make a baked potato when in a rush and reheat leftovers.
