Loved it twice
I loved this oven--twice. Nice keypad, cooking, etc. And twice it simply stopped after I used the high power recommended for most frozen foods. Amazon did a great job of negotiating the first return.
Is the replacement under some kind of warranty? No matter--tired of having this powerful oven toted in and out of my home.
Is there a sensor oven without numerous lemons?

We liked the microwave, it lasted 2.5 years.
This microwave has great features and was nice and big. Unfortunately it died after 2.5 years and the repairman said it would cost $200 to repair it (at least). The salesman at sears when we went in to look at replacements said "oh, yeah, you have to consider microwaves disposable these days. Doesn't it just seem wrong?
This is not reliable and it broke within 7 months
I bought this microwave last August of 2011. I read the reviews and it sounded like a good microwave. Within a few months I started having problems. It would shut off when I shut the door. I would unplug it and plug it back in. After doing that a few times, I would get it to work. It did that a few more times but I would always get it to turn back on. Then, it was good for a few months. Today, while I was cooking, I smelled an electrical burning odor. It shut off and would not come back on. I knew something would eventually happen to it. Too late to return it...I won't buy an expensive appliance from Amazon again.
